At JCT. Kitchen & Bar, “Southern Farmstead Cooking” reflects an authentic menu based on seasonal ingredients harvested freshly from the fields straight to the kitchen and hand-crafted into traditional Southern fare.

The upscale, casual design for the split-level building comes from Smith Hanes Design, and it is as fresh and natural as the menu itself. A light, earthjeweled color palate in tones of zinc, stone, sky grey and caramel wash the downstairs JCT. Kitchen. Both the furnishings and structural elements incorporate natural materials—wood, metal, leather, linen and tile. A stunning, 12-foot-long, poured concrete bar, set with posh leather-padded stainless barstools, runs along the trendy, open space. Hardwood floors and exposed beams enhance the utilitarian design of the room. A mix of bistro-style banquettes, unusually shaped individual tables and even communal farmhouse tables provide seating for 160-165 diners.
